Important International Shipping Notice: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Akram OUD shall not be responsible for any customs-related delays, additional fees, or delivery issues arising from import regulations in the destination country.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
For offline or manual payment orders, processing will begin only after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Partners
We use reliable courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders, including but not limited to Shiprocket, DHL, and other trusted courier services.
The courier partner is selected based on your location, service availability, and delivery speed.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship across India and to selected international locations. Availability may vary depending on the destination.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- India: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days (may vary by country)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, or external factors.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected delivery method. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before completing your order.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options including:

- Offline payments (manual/bank transfer, if applicable)
Orders placed using offline payment methods will be processed only after payment confirmation.
8. Order Tracking

9. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or non-availability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Public holidays or unforeseen events
11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos). We will assist you in resolving the issue.
