At Akram OUD, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of attar and fragrance products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Important International Shipping Notice: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Akram OUD shall not be responsible for any customs-related delays, additional fees, or delivery issues arising from import regulations in the destination country.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or personal preference are not accepted.

2. Return Request Timeline

You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Product name
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

4. Return Approval

Once we review your request, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send any product back without prior approval.

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund if applicable. Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method, or
  • As store credit (if applicable)

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used attar/perfume bottles
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
8. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of approved returns due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we may cover or reimburse return shipping costs.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
